NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a Public
Hearing of the Planning Commission of the City of Robbinsdale in the Council Chambers of
the Robbinsdale City Hall, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for the
purpose of consideration of a variance to street-side yard setback requirements specified
in Section 515.01, Subd. 5(c)(2)(ii), of the Robbinsdale City Code, as requested by
Rebecca Hippert. This request would allow the
construction of an addition to the house that will be ten feet from the street-side
property line instead of the required fifteen foot setback at 4200 Halifax Ave. N.
